What if I do not have my new government issued ID. Will 葫芦影业 accept my marriage certificate?
No, we would prefer the student to wait until they receive their new government issued identification then present it to 葫芦影业 to update the student record.

I made a typing error when I submitted my application and entered the name incorrectly. How can I change that?
葫芦影业 will be able to make corrections on your student record when you present your valid government issued ID.

What if I go by my middle name? Or a different name?
Since your credential or transcript is a legal document, we require your full legal name in our system. However, we can enter a 鈥減referred name鈥 that will be used in correspondence and communication.
