Credential reprint requests

Former students can request a credential reprint through the ºù«Ӱҵ website. The cost of the reprint is $30 per credential reprint.  

Step-by-step instructions  

To request your credentials through the ºù«Ӱҵ website, follow these steps based on when you graduated: 

  • Graduated after September 2005: Apply through ºù«Ӱҵ.
  • Graduated before August 2005: Apply through Okanagan University College. 

Step 1: Visit the ºù«Ӱҵ registrar's page. 

Step 2: Scroll down to find 'Transcript request'. 

Step 3: Click the red button for 'Order ºù«Ӱҵ Credential' or 'OUC Credential Request' based on your graduation institution. 

Step 4: Fill out the required information and pay the $30 fee. 

Step 5: Ensure your address is correct, including any suite, unit or apartment number. 

Please allow 7 days for processing, and additional time for delivery if using Canada post regular mail service.

If you have a financial hold on your account you will need to pay the outstanding amount owing, please see website for payment options. Once your payment is entered into your account, we will remove the hold, and you will receive your credentials.
