The Board of Governors
The Board of Governors has the sole responsibility for the management, administration and control of the property, revenue, expenditures, business and affairs of the institution.
The Education Council
- Has sole responsibility for setting curriculum content, academic standards, and policies, as outlined in Section 24 of the Act.
- Joint responsibility with the Board of Governors on matters related to course transfer and other matters agreed to by the Board and Education Council, as outlined in Section 25 of the Act.
- Advisory responsibility for providing advice to the Board on the development of educational policies and a number of broad institutional issues, as outlined in Section 23 of the Act.
